Admission Schedule
- Admission for classes Nursery, L.K.G. and U.K.G starts from December every year.
- Admission for classes 1st to 9th and 11th starts from Feburary every year.
- Admission for classes 10th and 12th are called direct admission and special permission from the C.B.S.E. Board is required for accepting the admission.
Admission Procedure
1. Enquiry, Registration, Fee & School Information:
Parents may visit the school campus or official website to obtain detailed information about the admission process. At this stage, the following details will be clearly explained:
Admission criteria and eligibility.
Complete fee structure, payment schedule, and applicable charges.
School rules and regulations, discipline policy, attendance requirements, uniform guidelines, and academic expectations.
Facilities, curriculum, co-curricular activities, and school timings.
After understanding all the details, parents can complete the registration process by submitting the admission form along with the applicable registration fee
2. Interaction / Assessment & Document Submission:
Basic interaction for Pre-Primary classes.
Written assessment for higher classes (as per school policy).
Parent interaction may also be conducted.
Submission of self-attested copies of required documents (Birth Certificate, Previous Report Card, Transfer Certificate if applicable, Aadhaar Cards, Photographs, Address Proof, etc.).
3. Admission Confirmation:
Selected candidates will be informed by the school. Admission will be confirmed only after payment of the prescribed admission and tuition fees within the stipulated time.
4. Orientation & Commencement of Session:
Parents and students will attend an orientation session where academic guidelines, school policies, books, uniform details, and important instructions will be shared. The academic session will begin as per the school calendar.

Documents Required For Registration
- Admission Form (Available offline – can collect from school reception)
- List of documents mentioned below:
- 2 Passport size photograph of child.
- 2 Passport size photo of both parents.
- Address Proof (photocopy of Adhaar card/electricity bill/rent agreement/voter id card/driving licence)
- Photocopy of birth certificate.
- Photocopy of past class report card.( Not required for the admission in pre-primary classes)
- Transfer certificate where applicable.
KEY AGE CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION
Starting from entry level:
- NURSERY – 3+ Years
- L.K.G.- 4+ Years
- U.K.G.- 5+ Years
- 1st – 6+ Years
- 2nd – 7+ Years
- 3rd – 8+ Years
- 4th – 9+ Years and so on….
** Note : The age will be calculated as on 31st March of the current academic year.
Admission Under EWS
- EWS Admissions are now process online directly through the website of Director of Education, Delhi (www.edudel.nic.in).
- Parents can fill out the form on the online portal available on the website of Director of Education, Delhi mentioned in above point with required documents.
- After submitting the form and required documents on the portal of Dir. of Edu., Delhi website the parents have keep tracking their application time to time on the same portal.
- The Director of Education will then soon verify the application and documents for approval.
- If the application gets approved then the Director of Education, Delhi will assign the school to your child’s application.
- The parents then take print out of the approval letter and visit to assigned school to call for further admission formalities and process the admission with the respective school.
